We are commercial property solicitors who deal with commercial
property litigation relating to issues and disputes which arise out
of contracts relating to land and property. These include those
relating to development agreements, options, pre-emption rights and
restrictive covenants. In the landlord and tenant arena the firm
covers the whole range of landlord and tenant matters, from lease
renewals, to rent reviews; and from service charges to
dilapidations claims. Property-related common law claims such as
trespass and nuisance also form part of our work.
Insolvency will often affect property rights. We act for lenders
and borrowers in relation to the enforcement of mortgages and
charges by taking possession of properties, appointing
administrators and so forth. We also advise on restructuring.
In general we provide advice in relation to commercial property
and represent clients involved in commercial property
litigation.
