The firm advises on claims against property professionals, mainly solicitors. Our experience of property litigation puts us in a unique position when advising on property-related negligence claims. We advise both business and private clients. Often it is the case that a claim against a property professional is incidental to another claim, such as a claim for rectification of a poorly drafted agreement.
