Surveyors Negligence

The scope of surveyors' work has increased far beyond surveying buildings and land. They advise on a variety of property-related subjects: development, management, landlord and tenant, party walls, rights of light, and construction to name but a few. Surveyor's negligence can arise in all of these areas.

As with all claims it is best to obtain advice as early as possible.
